When can I expect my order?
We have a processing time of 1 - 2 business days and a shipping time of 4 - 8 business days when ordered before 15:00 (GMT+01:00)
The expected delivery time of my order has passed, where is my order?
- In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link: Track order
I want to return an item, how do I do that?
- Products can be returned up to 30 days after receipt.
- You can receive a replacement item or a refund (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).

Can I change my order after I have placed it?
- For changes, please email support@my-fashion-home.shop as soon as possible to change your order.
- Orders that have been shipped can no longer be changed. We can of course deliver products later.
